ABOUT OUR OILS:

• Neem oil comes from the seed. It's a pressed oil, more like an olive oil than a tea tree oil, so it is not likely to burn even when applied directly to the skin.
• All of our oils are cold-pressed without solvents and thoroughly tested for heavy metals and fungus.
• Some of our oil is certified organic, some isn't. The certified is much more expensive because it requires an enormous amount of paperwork to document it.
• Neem oil with an EPA-approved label is available only in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Jersey, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, West Virginia, and Wyoming. Our manufacturer is working to extend that coverage, but it requires a separate registration in every state. Please sign up for our newsletter if you would like information on new registrations.

NOTE: Neem oil, including the certified-organic oil, should NEVER be used internally. Neem leaf and bark are recommended for internal use.
